Meditation & Yoga Nidra Class

Students will be lead through meditation with hatha and raja yoga techniques including pranayama, visual kriya, mudra and maybe even some mantra to assist the journey into meditation and then will conclude with a relaxing yoga nidra. Yoga nidra or Yogic sleep promotes deep relaxation on all levels.  It helps to balance out the fight or flight response systems and the left and right side of the brain.  By doing this, it assists in decreasing anxiety and stress levels.
